I guess I'm wierd, as this started off as a sauce for fish, BUT, found we liked it as much or more on salads. Summer heats on the way, enjoy! Prep time includes chill time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber partly peeled and seeded.
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 green onion minced green and white
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Shred cucumber, add rest of ingredents, mix well, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. This is best with really fresh cucumbers, the hot house type will not give you the same taste.
  3. Try over sliced tomatoes.
  4. Enjoy

I have used low fat sour cream... and it was good... I did not care for the fat free.
