How to make it

  • Shred cucumber, add rest of ingredents, mix well, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • This is best with really fresh cucumbers, the hot house type will not give you the same taste.
  • Try over sliced tomatoes.
  • Enjoy

    This recipe is awesome. I added some garlic to it and used it as a sauce for "Gryo's". Excellent recipe.
