Ingredients
  • 3 cups of Manufacturing cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 12-20 Lindt Chocolate Mint Truffles (balls) quartered or chopped into chunks

Directions
  1. Whip the cream with your mixer slowly until cream thickens.
  2. As the cream thickens, increase the speed and slowly pour a thin stream of the condensed milk directly into the cream while mixing.
  3. Whip on high until the cream is well-whipped.
  4. Fold in the chopped mint truffles gently.
  5. Pour this into a bowl and place in freezer for at least six hours.
  6. Scoop out and serve!
