EASY!!! This is another recipe that is similar to bourbon balls....different minty fresh take on them. Nice nestled into truffle cups for a gift. Maybe do half of these and half of the Captain's Gingery Balls?

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup creme de menthe
  • 3 tablespoons creme de cacao
  • 16 ounces chocolate wafer cookie, crushed
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 24 slivered almonds

Directions
  1. In bowl of food processor, whirl all ingredients but almonds until almost a paste. Form into 1" balls and then roll each ball in ground almonds. Top with almond sliver in each if desired.
