My Aunt Dawn used to make these for luches for her 5 kids. When I stayed with them for a while, I got them too. They are sooooo GOOD! I know it sounds weird, my kids give me strange looks, but it's worth a try

2 slices whole grain bread shopping list

How to make it

Spread jam thickly on one slice of bread
place cheese slice on top
top with other piece of bread,
enjoy.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!! I thought I was the only one who ate this!!!! Isn't it the greatest sandwich EVER???? I ate this in front of my kids when they were small and they wouldn't touch it. They still think I'm crazy when I eat it in front of them thirtysomething years later!

Cheese and Fruit are NATURAL Partners. I serve cheese, fruit/jams, and crackers all the time. I just never thought to make a sandwich of them. OH the possibilities! Thank You for the post and the eye-opening.
