Honey Chili Chicken

- 6 chicken drumsticks (You can use thighs too or sub hot wings) shopping list
- 2 Tbs chili powder (use your favorite kind, whatever heat level you like. I usually use 1/2 ancho and 1/2 regular chili powder. For a good kick sub cayenne for one half.) shopping list
- 1 Tbs honey shopping list
- 1 Tbs Fresh lime juice (I like key limes) shopping list
- 1 ts kosher salt shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put oven rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 425°F.
- Use 10 by 15 inch shallow baking pan lined with foil and an oiled up-metal rack.
- Mix everything except chicken in a mixing bowl well using a fork.
- Add chicken to bowl and mix.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minuets turning once.
