Truffles With Chocolate Raspberry And Hazelnuts

I love the combo of chocolate and raspberry...Then add the crunch of hazelnuts....Yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2/3 cup chambord shopping list
- 2 sticks butter, unsalted and diced shopping list
- 2 large egg yolks shopping list
- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In metal bowl, put all ingredients except hazelnuts
- Put over double boiler and melt over low heat constantly stirring until all is melted and smooth
- Remove from heat,
- Whisk in egg yolks one at a time, stirring until fully blended together Cool to room temperature
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours
- Scoop with small ice cream scoop or tsp. and roll with hands until round balls
- Roll in hazelnuts
