How to make it

  • In metal bowl, put all ingredients except hazelnuts
  • Put over double boiler and melt over low heat constantly stirring until all is melted and smooth
  • Remove from heat,
  • Whisk in egg yolks one at a time, stirring until fully blended together Cool to room temperature
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours
  • Scoop with small ice cream scoop or tsp. and roll with hands until round balls
  • Roll in hazelnuts
