Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix

1 lb. ground sausage meat

1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Roll into bite-size balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
