How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken strips and remove with slotted spoon and keep warm.
  • Add onion, garlic and green pepper to pan. Stir until wilted. Add mushrooms and continue to stir until mushrooms are cooked through. Add chicken back to pan. Add salt & Hot Shot to taste.
  • Add boullion cube to pan and crush with the back of a spoon. Add white wine, stir, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and simmer until well combined, but do not boil.
  • Serve over noodles.
  • NOTE: To make this GF, make Glutino tagliatelle noodles. They taste exactly the same as regular egg noodles!
