Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large, microwave - safe dish, combine brown sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt until well mixed.
  • Stir in soymilk until smooth.
  • Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes, whip well with a whisk.
  • Microwave 4-6 minutes, until thickened.
  • Stir well after each minute.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour into individual serving dishes and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
