Rich Cocoa Custard

- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 3 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups fat free, unsweetened plain soymilk (I use SoGood Trim) shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In a large, microwave - safe dish, combine brown sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt until well mixed.
- Stir in soymilk until smooth.
- Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes, whip well with a whisk.
- Microwave 4-6 minutes, until thickened.
- Stir well after each minute.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into individual serving dishes and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
