Pulled Pork Bar-B-Que Jacksonville Style

- 2 lb. fresh pork shoulder shopping list
- 1 lg. bottle ketchup shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 onion cut shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. W-shire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- In a pot with a lid, simmer the pork shoulder until very well done.
- Reserve 1 cup of the liquid when finished. Shred the meat.
- Mix the 1 cup of liquid with the remainder of the ingredients.
- Add the pork to the sauce and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve on plate or on hardroll topped with slaw. Enjoy!
