How to make it

  • In a pot with a lid, simmer the pork shoulder until very well done.
  • Reserve 1 cup of the liquid when finished. Shred the meat.
  • Mix the 1 cup of liquid with the remainder of the ingredients.
  • Add the pork to the sauce and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve on plate or on hardroll topped with slaw. Enjoy!
