How to make it

  • Place tortillas on a baking sheet which has been coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  • Turn the tortillas; spread tomato sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1/s inch border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle tortillas with minced onions, Italian seasoning, and parmesan and mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  • Bake an additional 5 minutes or until edges are golden cheese is melted.
  • Cut each pizza into 4 wedges.
  • Serve with ranch sauce as a dip if desired, simply yummy for children and adults alike! Enjoy! :-)

Fantastic idea! I'm a pizza junkie but I imagine this is healthier than store bought or frozen and so simple. Thanks for the tip.

I've never tried using tortillas for my homemade pizza---great idea! (would be much easier than the homemade pizza crust, that's for sure!) :)
