A rich, hearty and simple soup.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch piece
- 6 med. red potatoes cubed
- 2 med. onions chopped
- 8-oz. carton sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8-oz. can whole kernel corn,drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tps. thyme leaves
Directions
- 1- In 3-qt. saucepan cook bacon over med. heat for 5 minutes.: add potatoes, onions. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender (15 to 20 min.). Add remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (10 to 12min.).
