Ingredients

How to make it

  • lay pork ribs, meaty side up, on a flat surface covered with foil; curve foil up so that it creates a "boat" for the marinade while leaving the top of the ribs exposed
  • generously season with BBQ rub across top and sides
  • mix equal parts BBQ sauce and white vinegar in a coffee mug (should be 2/3 full when completed) and whisk together with a fork
  • pour the mixture over the ribs
  • fold up ends of foil and cover with an additional sheet of foil
  • refrigerate at least 3 hours
  • place ribs in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
  • remove ribs and cut away top layer of foil; add additional BBQ sauce on top
  • continue to cook at 400 degrees for an additional 15 minutes--then serve to a hungry family!

This sounds so good, I'm saving it to make when the weather cools off some here. You have my 5 for this great post.
