This is SO easy and my Fiance LOVED it...he ate it all and more had to be made.

Ingredients
  • 10 red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 yellow pepper,cubed
  • 1 red pepper, cubed
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, cubed
  • 1 clump off butter

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients together and microwave on high for 15 minutes. When done you will have wonderful soft buttery potatoes that smell and taste WONDERFUL!
