Apricot Chicken Recipe
This dish has a nice sweet and slightly hot taste. It goes well with a side of rice and a nice fresh vegetable.

Ingredients
  • 1 cut up skinned chicken
  • 1 jar of apricot jelly
  • 1Tbsp. horseradish( white or red, preferrably HOT)
  • 3Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2Tbsp. mustard( any kind) I like to use spicy brown!

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place cut up chicken parts into a glass baking dish
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chicken
  4. Put dish into preheated oven and continue baking on 350 degrees for 1hr.15min. until the top browns a little.
