Apricot Chicken Recipe

This dish has a nice sweet and slightly hot taste. It goes well with a side of rice and a nice fresh vegetable.

Ingredients
- 1 cut up skinned chicken
- 1 jar of apricot jelly
- 1Tbsp. horseradish( white or red, preferrably HOT)
- 3Tbsp. ketchup
- 2Tbsp. mustard( any kind) I like to use spicy brown!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place cut up chicken parts into a glass baking dish
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chicken
- Put dish into preheated oven and continue baking on 350 degrees for 1hr.15min. until the top browns a little.
