Curried Chicken And Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts( you could even use skinless chic.breasts)

2 pkgs. frozen broccoli

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup grated American cheese

1tsp. curry powder

1/8 tsp. salt

1/2 stick butter

1cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions

cook chicken,then skin,bone,and slice

place broccoli in casserole dish,sprinkle with salt, and top with slices of chicken.

Combine cream of chicken soup,mayo,evaporated milk( or any other choice of milk), grated cheese, and curried powder. Pour over the chicken and buttered breadcrumbs.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 to 30 mins. until bubbly and hot!
