How to make it

  • Prepare pasta according to box (al dente), then chill pasta
  • Dice celery, onion and pepper
  • Thin-slice carrots and radishes (almost paper thin!)
  • Combine pasta, honey dijon salad dressing, diced/sliced veggies and can of peas.
  • Mix well
  • Combine milk and Miracle Whip.
  • Add to mixture and fold in.
  • For best results, cover tightly with cellophane wrap and chill in GLASS bowl(s) [this recipe makes a lot!] for 4 hours. It's even better overnight!
  • Optional add-ins: 1/2 c. walnuts; or pepperoni (quarter cut each slice).
