How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F, grease and flour a 10" tube pan.
  • Cream sugars and margarine until fluffy.
  • Add mashed banana and beat well.
  • Mix in starter, milk, vanilla and melted chocolate. Beat two minutes.
  • Whisk together all the dry ingredients and mix into batter until fully incorporated.
  • Bake until a tester comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
  • Cool in pan before turning out onto a rack.
