Smoked Salmon Wraps

- 1 pkg. whole wheat wraps shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 3 tsp. cornflour shopping list
- 125 gm sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pickled ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. pickled relish shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped shopping list
- 200 gm smoked salmon, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the sour cream, pickled ginger, relish, fresh chives and smoked salmon in a bowl then set aside.
- Beat one egg in a bowl with one teaspoon of water and a half teaspoon of corn flour.
- Heat frying pan and brush it lightly with oil.
- Cook each egg over medium heat, drawing the outside edges of the mixture into the center with a spatula, until the mixture is set.
- Carefully slide out onto a clean flat surface with the uncooked side upwards.
- Set aside to cool.
- Repeat with the remaining eggs.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over each whole wheat wrap, then place each omelet on top.
- Roll tightly but firmly using the paper to help pull the roll towards you.
- Wrap in plastic and chill for at least 3 hours.
- Cut the rolls into 2cm slices, and discard the uneven ends.

Great idea and I love how it differs from most wraps. I have never seen anything like it and I'm going to prepare this for my family. I'm sure it tastes amazing! Thanks for sharing it.
