This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Reese Estate in Argyle, Texas in 1992.

To make it spicier, use Pepper-Jack cheese and substitute a few jalepenos (raw) for the bell. I like to serve it with the three-pepper salsa Pace recently came out with.
