Spicy Beef Eggs

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Reese Estate in Argyle, Texas in 1992.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked taco seasoned ground beef shopping list
How to make it
- Combine eggs, cheese, onion, green pepper and hot pepper sauce.
- Cook and stir in nonstick skillet until eggs begin to set.
- Add taco meat and cook until eggs are completely set.
