Ingredients

How to make it

  • If you're cooking inside, preheat the broiler.
  • Place salmon, skin side down in a pan.
  • Season to your taste with salt and pepper
  • Combine the sour cream (or yogurt or mayonnaise), mustard, lemon juice , and dill or tarragon (if you're using it) in a small bowl.
  • Coat the salmon with the sour cream-mustard mixture and broil until cooked through and the crust has begun to brown -- about 10 - 12 minutes.
  • If you're grilling, cook the salmon until almost done, coat with the mustard mix and allow to brown.

Sounds delicious - similar to a recipe I already have, but not the sour cream. Will be making this soon. Thanks

Pretty good for a Midwestern girl ;-) Just kidding lol
I like the simplicity of this, and I love salmon! We have lots of wild salmon here... always fun to find new ways to cook it!
    Got my five.
