Zucchini Pizza Bites

Chorizo or hot Italian Sausage can make a simple throw together appetizer that will take minutes to put together.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup salsa shopping list
- 1/4 pound chorizo or hot italian sausage shopping list
- 2 small zucchini, trimmend and cut diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices shopping list
- 6 tablespoons shredded italian 4 cheese mix shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 400 degrees.
- Place salsa in a fine sieve and press out excess moisture; set aside to drain.
- Remove sausage from casing. Brown sausage in skillet over medium high heat stirring to break up meat; drain.
- Place zucchini on baking sheet. Spoon 1 teaspoon drained salsa on each zucchini slice. Top with sausage , dividing evenly among zucchini slices. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese over each slice.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melt.
