Ingredients
  • 1 C Mascarpone / lightly-whipped cream or any cheese that you use in tiramisu
  • 1 C whipped cream
  • Canned apricots , 8 pcs - cut into half and sliced
  • 8 crunchy biscuits or cookies of ur choice - chopped OR sponge cake cubes
  • Fruit Juice or wine
  • For dusting : Cinnamon pwd or Cocoa pwd

Directions
  1. Fold the cream and cheese together .
  2. In a serving glass , Layer apricot , cookies and cream mixture .
  3. Sprinkle abit of grape juice inbetween the layers .
  4. Chill for atleast 15 mins until it softens and moist .
  5. Dust and Serve cold .
