All American Cornbread

- 2 cups biscuit baking mix shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs fork beaten shopping list
- 1, 11 oz can of sweet corn kernals drained shopping list
How to make it
- Warm half and half with butter to melt butter and when warm add to
- remaining combined ingredients ( except eggs and corn ) .
- Blend well, stir in eggs and corn.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake 350F about 30 minutes or tested done and golden.
- Let cool.
- Cut into pieces.
- Freezes well.
