Peach Brulee

- 8 peaches from a can ( syrup drained ) , sliced thickly shopping list
- Double cream , whipped , cold shopping list
- 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 1/4 C water shopping list
How to make it
- Place the peaches in 4 seving bowls .
- Pour the whipped cream on top .
- Keep it chilled .
- Now , in low heat , stir the sugar and water in a small pan
- until the sugar dissolves .
- Bring to boil and simmer until toffee turns golden brown .
- It may take around 10 mins .
- Remove from heat and wait until bubbles disappears .
- Drizzle over cream and cool for 2 mins or so and serve at once .
