How to make it

  • Place the peaches in 4 seving bowls .
  • Pour the whipped cream on top .
  • Keep it chilled .
  • Now , in low heat , stir the sugar and water in a small pan
  • until the sugar dissolves .
  • Bring to boil and simmer until toffee turns golden brown .
  • It may take around 10 mins .
  • Remove from heat and wait until bubbles disappears .
  • Drizzle over cream and cool for 2 mins or so and serve at once .
