Poor Mans Champagne

This is a fun little change of pace drink. It is supposed to mimic champagne. I thought it was very refreshing.

- 1 bottle of lager beer
- 1 can of ginger ale
go view your shopping list

Two cold mugs
Pour half the beer into each mug then follow by pouring half the ginger ale.
Enjoy--------Serve with candied nuts or hot peanuts--------really anything that suits your fancy will work.

Mmmm! Intriguing! Sounds like a great combo...will have to try. Think it would be interesting to try both Vernors and Canada Dry type gingerale in this and see which one works better.
