How to make it

  • Combie pepper, cumin, corinader, sugar, celery salt, garlic salt and white pepper.
  • Rub the mix on both sides of each steak.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mustard, currry and vinegar.
  • Add in prawns and refridgerate for 20 minutes.
  • Thread prawns on to 6 skewers.
  • Grill steak to approx. 5 minutes per side over medium heat.
  • Let the steak rest under foil tent.
  • Grill prawns 2 minutes per side.
  • Serve wtih your favourite rice pilaf.
