Coriander Beef With Bc Spotted Prawns Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp celery salt

1 tsp white pepper

6 strip loin steaks

1/3 c Dijon mustard

2 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp cider vinegar

18 large fresh BC Spotted prawns

wooden skewers soaking in water

Directions

Combie pepper, cumin, corinader, sugar, celery salt, garlic salt and white pepper.

Rub the mix on both sides of each steak.

In a separate bowl, combine mustard, currry and vinegar.

Add in prawns and refridgerate for 20 minutes.

Thread prawns on to 6 skewers.

Grill steak to approx. 5 minutes per side over medium heat.

Let the steak rest under foil tent.

Grill prawns 2 minutes per side.

Serve wtih your favourite rice pilaf.
