Very Special Ham Salad Recipe

Ingredients

SALAD

2 pounds boneless fully cooked smoked ham, ground

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup green pepper, chopped

1 cup green onion, thinly sliced

DRESSING

1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Directions

In large bowl combine the SALAD ingredients

DRESSING

In bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard

Add dressing to the salad mixture to desired consistency
