Very Special Ham Salad

Ham salad is delicious, especially with green pepper. This particular recipe is simply wonderful, and great to have in the refrigerator for a wonderful sandwich or to serve on a bed of greens. So good for the hot summer days.
Ingredients
- SALAD shopping list
- 2 pounds boneless fully cooked smoked ham, ground shopping list
- 1 cup celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup green onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- DRESSING shopping list
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine the SALAD ingredients
- DRESSING
- In bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard
- Add dressing to the salad mixture to desired consistency

This looks a lot like something my aunt was telling me about. My grandma (dad's mom)used to make it a lot for my grandpa, neither of the girls had the recipe for it. Thanks, this gives me something to show her.
