How to make it

  • Rinse green beans under warm water to slightly thaw.
  • In large skillet saute garlic and onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add green beans to pan and cook on med. high for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Lower heat to simmer.
  • Add soy sauce and cracked pepper.
  • Cover and continue to cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve with favorite meat or casserole.

    SOUNDS AWESOME! MUST TRY THIS. BEING FROM THE SOUTH WE ALWAYS COOK OUR GREAN BEANS WITH LOTS OF ONIONS & HAM OR BACON.. READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. GLAD I CAME ACROSS THIS..
