A wonderful combination to adorn grilled foods
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries thawed and chopped shopping list
- 2 tbs fresh chopped mint, basil or cilantro shopping list
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all and serve over grilled salmon or grilled chicken breasts
