This is a nice, fast rich and creamy meal that goes wonder full with nice rice and veggies

Ingredients
  • 8 Pieces of chicken
  • 250ml Chutney
  • 250ml Mayonaise
  • 250ml Boiling Water
  • 1 packet of Brown onion soup
  • Sliced Mushroom (as much as you want)
  • Sliced Green pepper (as much as you want)
  • Foil

Directions
  1. Pre-cook the chicken for about an hour if you are using a normal pot or 30 mins if you are using a presure cooker.
  2. Pack the chicken in a oven proof dish.
  3. Mix the chutney, mayo, onion soup and water and pour over the chicken.
  4. Put the sliced mushroomsa and green pepper on top of the chicken and the sauce.
  5. Cover with the foil and bake for 45 - 60 min in the oven on 180 degrees Celcius.
  6. Serve with rice and veggies and enjoy
