BBQ Chicken With Honey Mustard Glaze

Another southern recipe! This should be made the day before and marinated overnite. Right before removing from the grill, baste with the tasty glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 8oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 6 peppercorns shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts & 4 chicken legs and thighs shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the tom. sauce, oil, juice, vinegar, and spices.
- Add the chicken and marinate overnite. Toss often.
- Grill over medium coals 45 minutes brushing with the leftover marinade.
- Just before removing from the grill, brush on the glaze made of the mixture of the honey and mustard.
