Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed and divided)
  • additional sugar

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400 degree's
  2. in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar ; add eggs, combine flour and baking soda
  3. add to the creamed mixture, alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate and mix well
  4. drop by rounded tsp fulls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. bake for 8 minutes
  6. remove to wire racks, brush with remaining lemonade concentrate.
  7. sprinkle with additional sugar and let cool.
