- 1 pound fresh bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (crushed) shopping list
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable broth shopping list
- 2 scallions, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute. Drain and shock immediately in a bowl of ice water.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle over sprouts and toss.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
