How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute. Drain and shock immediately in a bowl of ice water.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle over sprouts and toss.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

    Moved to buffalo ny in december.2003 Got a sprouting jar. Gifted jars to my kids in Calif. I need to get it out again!! this sounds just delish and healthy etc etc etc!! like many many many of your listings, jojoba! thank you from the bottom of my heart! trish
