How to make it

  • Place walnuts and sugar in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves into a liquid and coats the walnuts. Remove walnuts from skillet, and spread them out to cool.
  • Place in a large salad bowl the mixed greens, tomatoes (if used) Gorgonzola cheese, and Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette. Toss gently; add candied walnuts, and toss again.

    Tried this tonight. It was fast and easy to make. I used plain walnut chips and it still tasted delicious!

    I have never tried Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette. This sounds so good. I love salads anytime.
