- 2 c light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 3/4 c chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Put sugar, cream, and butter in saucepan.
- Boil with as little stirring as possible util it reaches the soft-ball stage - 235-240 degrees, or when a small amount is dropped into cold water it forms a soft ball.
- Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla.
- Stir until creamy, pour into greased muffin tins.
- Let cool.
