Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, minced

Directions
  1. Blend the cream cheese in a bowl with the salmon, herbs, lemon juice and green onions. Serve. Simple!
  2. NOTE: The recipe came from the Grand Concourse restaurant in Pittsburgh. It originally used smoked whitefish, but I have no clue where to get that. They serve this at dinner with a basket of lavash and french bread. If you ever get a chance to visit Pittsburgh and want dinner in a gorgeous old railway station with soaring ceilings, stained glass all over the place, marble steps and mahogany paneling...AND with a view of the Monongahela and the skyline of Pittsburgh, THIS is the place. Fabulous food....oh, and don't miss their Sunday brunch!
