How to make it

  • In a blender, blend all ingredients (except pita bread) on low-medium until smooth (but not watery)
  • Serve with pita bread
  • I use all low-fat ingredients to make this more healthy. I also use minced garlic if I do not have fresh on hand. I also prefer whole-wheat pita bread.
