Feta cheese dip with pita rounds is so easy and inexpensive. A lot goes a long way at gatherings or just for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1.5 C plain yogurt
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 3 T chopped garlic (more or less - adjust to taste)
  • Pepper
  • Pita bread, or rounds

Directions
  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients (except pita bread) on low-medium until smooth (but not watery)
  2. Serve with pita bread
  3. I use all low-fat ingredients to make this more healthy. I also use minced garlic if I do not have fresh on hand. I also prefer whole-wheat pita bread.
