Grilled Garlic Asparagus

- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, rinsed and trimmed shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced (add more if you're a garlic lover like us!) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon course salt (kosher or sea salt) shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- (don't worry about the amount of olive oil - most of it will remain in the bag anyway) shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and trim the asparagus stems, and pat dry
- Put into large ziploc-type bag
- Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Shake the bag so the asparagus is coated nicely.
- Transfer to aluminum foil on outdoor grill, and grill at medium-high heat until asparagus is bright green and just starting to get the char from the grill.
- Serve up and enjoy!

Very Tasty Recipe! I wonder how this would be if you marinated the asparagus overnight, sounds like it might be even better. Don't worry about the olive oil anyway. It does have calories but is excellent for your health - - well, it adds flavor too.
