Sambuca cake w stawberries cream and dark chocolate

- 1 prepared pound cake (to save time) shopping list
- 3 oz. Sambuca shopping list
- 1/2 pint strawberries (halved or sliced) shopping list
- 2 tsp plus 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 pint whipping cream shopping list
- chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1 bar of good quality dark bittersweet chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- place 2" slices of the poundcake on dessert plates and douse with Sambuca.
- slice berries and sprinkle with sugar (toss and reserve)
- beat whipping cream, sweetened with 2 tbsp sugar until soft peaks form.
- top cake with berries and drizzle, zig-zag chocoalte syrup over top.
- top with whipping cream and shave dark chocolate on the top.
