Deviled eggs with a twist. Serve these the next time you grill fajitas.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup medium salsa
  • 3 tbs. light sour cream
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tbs. black olives ,chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions
  1. Hard boil eggs
  2. Peel eggs, halve, and place yolks in bowl
  3. Mix egg yolks with salsa, sour cream, onion, olives, and lemon juice
  4. Fill egg halves with mixture
  5. Garnish with olive round or parsley
