This is a very good, ,comforting coffe-cake type treat. Eat as a stand alone snack or as an accompaniment to brunch or breakfast

Ingredients
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • TOPPING;
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mix dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, eggs, water and vanilla together
  2. Grease and flour 2 medium sized loaf pans
  3. Pour in 1/2 the cake mixture.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture over top
  5. Pour and spread on the other half of cake mixture
  6. Top with remaining Cinnamon mixture.
  7. Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes.
