This is a very good, ,comforting coffe-cake type treat. Eat as a stand alone snack or as an accompaniment to brunch or breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3/4 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C. water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- TOPPING;
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, eggs, water and vanilla together
- Grease and flour 2 medium sized loaf pans
- Pour in 1/2 the cake mixture.
- Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture over top
- Pour and spread on the other half of cake mixture
- Top with remaining Cinnamon mixture.
- Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes.
