Hazelnut Brownies With Raspberry Sauce

- 10 ounce frozen raspberries in syrup thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup boysenberry juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon crème de cassis liqueur shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate chopped shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Process raspberries in food processor then strain through sieve.
- Mix in juice and cassis then refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 350 and butter square baking pan.
- Stir butter and chocolate in heavy medium saucepan over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition then mix in flour.
- Stir in nuts and chips and pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes then cool and cut into squares.
