Skillet corn

- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained or 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn shopping list
- 1/4 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- dash creole seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside.
- In large skillet, saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
- Stir in corn and lower heat to medium.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
- Stir in spices,cover, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low/med. heat.
