Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Chocolate Pie

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed ( about 24 crackers) shopping list
- 1 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 pkgs cream cheese (3 8-oz) shopping list
- 2 containers Cool Whip (2 8-oz) shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- Pudding Topping: shopping list
- 4 boxes cook-and-serve chocolate pudding 4 3.4oz) shopping list
- 6 cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Grind or crush graham crackers into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and prss into 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate
- Cream Cheesde Filling:
- Mix all ingredients. Layer over crust. Refrigerate.
- Pudding topping:
- Combine puddiing mux and milk. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbles appear. Remove from heat and cool, continuing to mix so "skin" doesn't form. When cool to touch, pour pudding over cream cheese filling. Refrigerate till set.
