How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Grind or crush graham crackers into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and prss into 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate
  • Cream Cheesde Filling:
  • Mix all ingredients. Layer over crust. Refrigerate.
  • Pudding topping:
  • Combine puddiing mux and milk. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbles appear. Remove from heat and cool, continuing to mix so "skin" doesn't form. When cool to touch, pour pudding over cream cheese filling. Refrigerate till set.
