How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Cut each crescent into 3 triangles.
  • Wrap each triangle around a sausage.
  • Grease an 11x7x2 inch glass pan with a slice of bacon.
  • Combine the rest of ingredients and place in the bottom of the pan.
  • Put smokies seam side down on top of nut mixture
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving

    Yes, this is exactly the kind of sweet, salty, crunchy, gooey kind of snack I adore! It sounds amazing to me, and I will be making this when it cools enough to turn the oven back on in the house again. I have a feeling this will be a popular dish with company - a bit different and a lot of good flavors...can't resist!!
