How to make it

  • layer the sliced apples on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan
  • sprinkle some lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon
  • mix in a bowl each ingredient until well blended
  • spread ontop of the apples
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • bake at 350 for 45-60 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean

    I've made this cake 3 times now in the last couple of weeks. When I asked which cake I should make for a going away party at work, one girl DEMANDED I make this one again!
