this was my grandmothers recipe! it is so delicious. i also serve it as a side dish

Ingredients
- 2 egss
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5-6 apples sliced
- cinnamon
- lemon juice
Directions
- layer the sliced apples on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan
- sprinkle some lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon
- mix in a bowl each ingredient until well blended
- spread ontop of the apples
- sprinkle cinnamon
- bake at 350 for 45-60 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
