Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 egss

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

5-6 apples sliced

cinnamon

lemon juice

Directions

layer the sliced apples on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan

sprinkle some lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon

mix in a bowl each ingredient until well blended

spread ontop of the apples

sprinkle cinnamon

bake at 350 for 45-60 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
