How to make it
- Spread the tortillas with about 1/4 cup of Hummus.
- Lay Roasted Red Peppers along the bottom 1/3 of the tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla as tightly as you can.
- Wrap the tortilla in some plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least an hour and up to overnight.
- Slice the roll on the diagonal into about 1 inch thick slices (2.5 cm)
- Place on a serving plate and garnish with olives if desired.
