Quick Creamy Chicken Noodle

- 1 precooked deli roasted chicken, skin and bones removes shopping list
- 2 cups cooked broad egg noodles shopping list
- 1 bag frozen or canned mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 6 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cajun spice shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning shopping list
- salt and cracked black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In large pan, saute onions and celery in butter.
- Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
- Add chicken and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soup, noodles, and spices.
- Add green onions, lower heat to med./low, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes..
- Serve with fresh made croutons or a slice of hot French or Italian bread!
