Peanut Butter Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup strong coffee

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Place mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Use with poultry, pork, fish or fruit

yield: 3 cups

No, not like peanut sate. You have to try it. it's got the sweet tang from cranberries and the coffee adds a zip. It would be more sate like if coffee was omitted and perhaps some soy sauce, rice wine vinegar added. Just a guess.
