How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Place mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Use with poultry, pork, fish or fruit
  • yield: 3 cups

    no, not like peanut sate. You have to try it. it's got the sweet tang from cranberries and the coffee adds a zip. It would be more sate like if coffee was omitted and perhaps some soy sauce, rice wine vinegar added. Just a guess.
